I don't consider myself as a leader...in fact, I find that whenever I have to be in authority, that the role is rather embarrassing, particularly as I see myself as a rebel, an anarchist... and I feel very uncomfortable when I have to boss people about....well, I try not to be bossy...however, if one is a film or theatre director, then, this is unavoidable....film and theatre directors are often the last of the fascist dictators....

I suppose a good, effective leader is someone who listens, respects others and whose authority is valued and respected.

What more can I say?
