What makes a good leader?

Good empathy with others and able to communicate at all levels. I see anyone who is willing to muck in and able to know when not to as demonstrating good qualities.

Is leadership different for disabled people?

I feel it changes it for the better as it increases abilities to appreciate multiple stakeholder perspectives.

An individual's experiences are pivotal. If they have faced any form of exclusion they are sensitive to the need to overcome them without over-evangalising and equally disenfranchising the "able bodied".

Do you think there are barriers to leadership for disabled people that non-disabled people don't face?

Yes. Personal confidence is vital. It can be lacking through image of disablity whether that is physical or mental. Other people have their own assumptions of ability.
